Phase 1: Rough Clean and Debris Removal
Before any detail work can start, the site needs a rough clean. This means clearing bulk debris, packaging, offcuts, and construction waste from every room, hauling it to designated disposal areas, and doing an initial dust knockdown on major surfaces. Skipping this phase makes every later step slower and less effective.

Phase 2: Detailed Surface Cleaning

Final Inspection Walkthrough
